Refund policy

At Bookish Drip, each product is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than stores that keep items in stock.

Made-to-Order Products

Since every item is custom made upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Refused deliveries

We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, size charts, and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As all of our products are made to order specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products.

If your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item or printing error)

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at bookishdripbrand@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will gladly:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the specific situation.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that delivery delays do not qualify as lost shipments.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
