Shipping policy
Production Time
All products are made-to-order.
Orders are processed and produced within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Production location depends on the delivery destination.
Production location does not affect the legal responsibility of the seller. All orders are processed by Bookish Drip, registered in Sweden.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin after the production period has been completed.
United States:
Estimated shipping time: 2–5 business days
European Union:
Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days
Total estimated delivery time:

US orders: approximately 3–7 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes
Orders are fulfilled domestically within the United States and within the European Union whenever possible.
For shipments outside these regions, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at bookishdripbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
